Brew with guided prompts or move deeper into customization with adjustable pressure profiling and programmable shot settings. Save profiles to match different beans and refine your results over time.

The Boosted Boiler system combines a flow-through heater, dedicated boiler and heated group head to reach temperature in two minutes or less and maintain precise, to-the-degree stability throughout brewing. The fully rotatable stainless-steel steam wand features a temperature-sensing tip that automatically stops at your target temperature and purges after use, helping you texture dairy and alternative milks with consistency.

A two-liter removable water tank with fill sensing, splash-reducing drip tray with max indicator and integrated storage keep your setup organized. Connect to the companion app for automatic updates and to create, customize and share espresso profiles as new features are introduced. The Marine Blue finish is exclusive to Sur La Table.
