The cooling rack features a steel cross wire design and raised feet, which elevates cookies, breads, cakes, and more into a raised position that serves to promote uniform cooling. It fits perfectly inside the pan, that features an eco-friendly nonstick silicone coating that contains no PTFEs or PFOAs.
